上海市伤骨科研究所发表时间:2022-09-18 16:35 五十年代末,我国骨科奠基人之一叶衍庆教授和魏氏伤科开创人魏指薪教授奔走求贤,会聚了以周连圻、过邦辅、柴本甫、吴守义、钱不凡、李国衡等为代表的一批中、西医知名专家,联合骨科和伤科两大学派于1958年在上海广慈医院 (现上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院)骨科和伤科的基础上,创建了上海市伤骨科研究所。六十余年来,研究所始终坚持以传承和发展中西医结合为指导思想,以满足国家需求和保障人民健康为重大使命,以建设肌骨系统疾病研究基地为核心目标,重点构建了肌骨系统疾病的机理研究、临床诊治的研发体系,逐步奠定了在全国伤骨科研究领域的领导地位。 经过一代代人的不懈奋斗与矢志坚守,研究所逐渐建设成为人才梯队合理、研究方向稳定、技术体系建全、国内外业界知名的科研机构和研究基地。先后被遴选为包括国家中医药管理局三级实验室、国家“211工程”重点建设学科、上海市中西医结合防治骨与关节病损重点实验室、上海市高教局重点学科、上海市临床骨科质量控制中心等多个国家级、省部级重点学科、实验室,已成为伤骨科领域著名的研究与人才培养基地。现阶段,研究所持续秉承着中医伤科、骨科、基础研究三位一体发展思路,围绕骨与关节疾病防治的核心主题,以中西医结合为着眼点,充分发挥地方特色优势,形成了四大研究体系: 1. 骨关节及软组织病损机制及其精准防治 诠释骨再生、骨关节发生发育进程中的关键调控环节,探讨骨关节及软组织病损(筋骨病)的发生发展机制,明确诊治靶点,建立基于靶点的诊疗技术研究平台和疗效评价体系,提出骨关节及软组织病损(筋骨病)防治的有效措施。 2. 魏氏伤科的传承与发展及其中药现代化 系统整理并拓展魏氏伤科经验方剂的临床应用。以魏氏伤科为代表,结合系统中医学、药物化学、计算机辅助药物设计学、药理学、化学生物学的技术方法,创立中药及活性天然产物筛选、研发平台,实现中西药结合的伤骨科慢性病创新药物转化。 3. 生物医学工程与再生医学 采用功能性生物材料与再生医学、多功能医用分子探针与纳米诊疗、耐药菌感染的物理及靶向治疗、生物感应电及其医学应用等先进技术,实现骨关节及软组织的修复与功能重建,以及诱导组织原位再生;利用生物材料纳米递送系统改进基因、药用化合物、中药活性物质的递送,增加药物在靶器官(组织)的积累,实现整体/局部靶向性用药。 4. 运动功能康复与先进智造 采用人工智能、计算机仿真等数字医学新手段,探索康复评定、康复防治新方法,解析魏氏伤科经典手法和“夹缚”治伤的力学本质,实现治伤手法标准化、科学化。提出了针对性的运动康复措施及矫治器械的开发策略。开发西医矫形支具、中医“小夹板”、中西医结合内外固定器等3D打印个体化治疗系列产品,促进了“研、学、产、医、用”一体化发展,推动了数字医学科研成果的临床转化及应用。 近5年来,围绕四大研究体系,研究所在科研项目、成果产出、人才培养等方面均取得了跨越式发展。其中,培养了入选国家青拔、国家青千、市白玉兰计划、市人才局计划等科技人才27人;承担包括四大慢病国家科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划、国自然重点国际(地区)合作研究与交流项目,国自然重点项目等在内的国家及上海市项目,总经费逾1亿元;超20位博士后在站期间获国自然青年项目、国家资助博士后研究人员计划、上海市超级博士后计划或上海市扬帆计划等项目资助;在国际著名杂志上发表SCI论文500余篇,2024年以第一单位发表论文平均单篇影响因子已达15分;获包括上海市五一劳动奖、中华医学科技奖二等奖、上海中医药科技成果奖、上海医学科技奖三等奖在内的各级奖励十余项;累计授权专利27项,已转化5项,软件著作权12项,医疗器械注册证4张。 研究所扎根瑞金、立足上海、面向全国,在长三角地区建立起多个研究基地,培养出一批学术方向明确、学历层次高、科研能力强且合作精神佳的青年学术骨干。此外,研究所还与国际知名科研机构共建全球化研究平台,为推动伤骨科事业的发展做出了积极贡献。 Shanghai Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics Since its establishment in 1958, Shanghai Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics (SITO), has been consistently inheriting and developing the traditional Chinese and Western medicine combination, and committed to meeting the national needs and guaranteeing public health, so as to build the clinical and basic research base of modern orthopedicsa research about the mechanism research, clinical diagnosis, and treatment in musculoskeletal system diseases. The SITO was sucessively awarded as Shanghai Key Laboratory for Prevention and Treatment of Bone and Joint Disease, Key Subject of Shanghai Higher Education Bureau, Shanghai Medical Collaboration Center of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Combination for Fracture Treatment, State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Level III Laboratory, Shanghai Clinical Orthopaedic Quality Control Center, National 211-Project Key Construction Subject (Orthopaedics), China Food and Drug Administration Orthopedic Clinical Trial Site, Clinic Trial Base for Orthopaedics and Traumatology of State Food and Administration and Key Subject of Ministry of Education (Orthopaedics). Over 60 years, SITO has been developed to a well-known scientific research institution with reasonable talent echelon, stable research direction and complete technical system. Nowadays, sticking to the development concept of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine, SITO has established “the Musculoskeletal Biology Research Center”, “Biomedical Engineering Center”, and “Digital Medicine and Advanced Smart Manufacturing Center” and focused on four main research directions: 1) To elucidate the regulatory mechanisms of skeletal development, injury and degenerative disease of bone and joint; 2) Inheritance, development and modernization of Wei's traditional Traumatology, which aim to establish the theoretical system of Wei's traumatology and expand the clinical application of Wei's traumatic prescriptions; 3) Repair and reconstruction of bone and joint, which aim to understand deeply the biological events in the process of bone and joint repair, and develop novel biomaterials for bone & joint repair and regeneration; 4) Digital medicine and advanced smart manufacturing, which aim to study the kinematics and dynamics of bone and joints, and propose strategies for individualized treatment using 3D printing techniques. The SITO institute covers an area of more than 5,000 square meters and is well-equipped with tissue morphology, imaging, cellular and molecular biology, drug screening, biomechanics, regenerative medicine, and other basic research equipment. In recent five years, a number of young scholars in the SITO have been selected into the national young talent program and the Shanghai science talent program. The research teams received national and regional grants, with total funding exceeding RMB 100 million. More than 20 postdoctors have received fundings from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the China Sponsored Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Program, or the Shanghai Yangfan Program within the period of their postdoctoral training.. Meanwhile, over 500 scientific papers have been published in top academic journals, including Nat Commun, Cell Death Differ, Adv Mater, Adv Funct Mater, Adv Sci, J Bone Miner Res, Biomater, etc. Also, the SITO institute has won over 10 Science and Technology Achievement Awards at various levels. 5 national patents have been transformed out of 27 authorized. Have 12 software copyrights, and 4 medical device registration certificates. Besides, the SITO institute was awarded the 2024 Shanghai May Day Labor Award. |
